Microfiber Black Crocodile Crossbody Compact

I have contacted customer service more than once for have trouble with the strap unsnapping! No response, I call the number, busy signal. All I wanted was a new strap so the purse doesn’t fall off but I can’t seem to get one. Behind disappointed! I guess I’m stuck

I wanted a conceal carry bag which was not fake leather, light weight and looked classy. This bag fits the bill even though I received no communications about delivery nor responses when I called about it. Two things I would critic about as a heads up. In the concealment compartment there is a snap to keep gun in place even though the included Velcro holster sticks like crazy glue. My 9mm does not fit under the snap so I can not use it however the flap over does have a heavy duty magnetic which secures it ok. On the side though you can see very top of gun handle. Secondly I made the mistake of snapping the handle on backwards and had a devil of a time undoing it, good I guess for security. The pluses out weight the above mentioned items. Micro fiber is great, holds up well. Really look at your gun you carry and see if it is on the list shown as field tested because of the snap. Well made...happy after all.
